Licensing
Heide Enterprises, Inc. itself is a small business that deals with and maneuvers around the obstacles that can sometimes slow or stop the success of a business. Many of the cities within the Greater Kansas City have licenses that are required. We have prepared and filed all types of licenses including Occupational, Cigarette/ Tobacco, and Liquor Licenses. Some of these licenses take longer that others so call us to get started right away.

Heide Enterprises, Inc. also focuses on the Corporate Documents. With the help from us, setting up a company can be as easy picking out a name. We will set up your company to be either a sole proprietor, limited liability company (LLC), or a Corporation. Payroll
Payroll and withholding taxes are also part of the Heide Enterprises, Inc. services. We will advise your employees on the amount to be taken out of each pay check, ensure that the Payroll Taxes are filed in a timely manner, and assist the year end employer filings to the respective government agencies such as W-3s and W-2s.
